What is going on?

After doinf a reset to try and get rid of the yahoo redirect malware attached to the Firefox browser, now I cannot access google search engine within firefox, or my gmail email account. I get the error messages attached below. I have spent hours looking on your support pages and tried all ways and NOTHING WORKS!!!!

FIrefox has been my default browser for years but if you cannot fix this very annoying and frustrating bug, I will be forced to your Chrome.

Very unhappy with this

I am using a MacBook Pro and latest version of FIrefox 100.0

What is going on?

After doing a reset to try and get rid of the yahoo redirect malware attached to the Firefox browser, now I cannot access google search engine within firefox, or my gmail email account. I am trying to address a STIG V-251569 I already downloaded the firefox template policy v3.9 and moved adml and admx files to the proper place here: C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions and here: en-US then after running gpupdate /force from command prompt i navigate here from gpupdate.msc: Local Computer Policies => Administrative Templates => Mozilla => Firefox => Preferences (Deprecated)

Question: Why is "browser.contentblocking.category" missing in the policy for Firefox enterprise?

Hi: I've used all previous Windows versions together with 4-6 years of using steadily (and ONLY) THUNDERBIRD Online Email Account but I've NEVER experienced this unexpected issue which has happened just a few days ago: during my daily usage of THUNDERBIRD-Email Account, I've noted one day that the INCOMING messages started to get collected in the 'TRASH' folder instead of in the originally-set 'Inbox' ...and unfortunately - have no clue what has caused this problem. I've thoroughly checked the SERVER settings but did NOT find any wrong data: according to the Email-Account setting it states to store ALL incoming mail in the 'INBOX' folder (as is usually and commonly done) ...

I've checked the Properties of the INBOX & TRASH folders and it is stated there that '....the Folder Index (.msf) file becomes damaged and by using the 'Repair Folder' Option may fix these issues' ...however, I'm afraid to use it NOT knowing if it could complicate rather than fix this problem, however - has anyone a 'good experience' with using this 'Repair Folder' Option in the INBOX & TRASH folders ...?

I've posted this message in the THUNDERBIRD Forum about 3 weeks ago but nobody could offer any effective help and advice how to resolve this rather not very complex issue so - I was wondering if there is ANYONE from the MOZILLA Programmer's development group who should be definitely knowledgeable how to eliminate this Software issue (bug) ...?!? Any help from anyone who is familiar with this issue and could help me to resolve it would be greatly appreciated - THANKS! ...Tony H.
