Hi!

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

I am unable to open my thunderbird emails. It keeps giving me a message "Thunderbird had a problem and crashed" I have sent a message on Monday also and have had no response. This matter is urgent as i cannot access my emails

Fully patched Windows 11 on ARM Windows Surface Pro X SQ2

What I see: Misrendering of UI elements and some elements of webpages. Rectangular areas of all white with white on white text e.g. tab labels, settings page, etc.

What I tried. Uninstalling FF Reinstall FF Refresh settings

None of these fixed the problem for me.

Firefox Motzilla code question I’m signing into Printify using my Firefox account. Everything was good getting my Etsy shop as it was. But all of this came to a halt because I needed to pare my IPhone with my MacBook Pro. Couldn't get anywhere. Couldn't login to Prinitfy. It asked me for my code and this brought everything to a halt. I hunted everywhere. I don't have them. Needing codes is relatively new to me. I have been mostly working on designing and publishing products for Etsy. End of last year and this one, I've been hacked (4 months to repair) Right now I’m working on retrieving nearly everything including my identity. which happened last week. I believe over half of what I lost has been fixed. It is slowly coming to completion, but I need the codes or possibly new ones please, now to get into Printify. I have 73 products in my store.. To finish. the codes, where would they be? What do I do? I don"t know. I have much time to fulfill my mission, I've gone broke because of all the problems I've had, but I keep trying. Please help me. FYI, I work on a 2019 16" MacBook Pro: Sonoma 14.5.

Hi, our company is using a program called Visma Administration 1000 as economy system. Since we have macbook computers we thus have a Microsoft Remote Desktop downloaded, since the economy system only works through Windows! Anyhow, we then use Thunderbird as a local e-mail which is connected to the economy system, and through which we can send our orders, invoices etc to our email. However, ever since a few weeks back a troubleshooting messege has occured making us unable to send the emails; referring to a problem with the outgoing SMTP server. However, after speaking with an IT Support guy who looked it thorugh he said that everything looked like it should. BUT I am wondering if it might have anything to do with the server/thunderbird being blocked by the program, which I don't know how to check... Does anyone know how to fix it?

The error message is in swedish but translates to: "The message could not be sent. The message could not be sent because the connection to the outgoing server (smtp01.binero.se) failed. The server may be unavailable or is denying connection to the outgoing server (SMTP). Please check that your outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again."

the browser will not open comments sections in Aol, and JPost. But, in other browsers the comments section on the bottom of each article is available. How can i fix it?

I need to update an address. All I can find is New Address Book Contact under the Find menu. I am on an M1 Mac Mini running Sonoma 14.5.

One used to be able to access the Address Book under Tools, but no more.

I have accidentally deleted Mozilla thunderbird from the storage folder and now cannot access my emails in or out. How can I resolve this, please? I am desperate, thinking I have lost all my stored emails over 12x years!?

I have been using Firefox to join our web conferencing service (Callbridge) for years exactly the same way, but suddenly audio fails to work presumably since a recent Firefox update. (I'm currently running 127.0.2 (64bit) ) The mic in my headset works great in Firefox on other sites including onlinemictest.com. The mic is recognized by Firefox and permission is provided for the site. When I speak, there is an indication that my voice is heard by Firefox, but it is as if the mic is muted...no sound through Firefox even though the mic is not muted. Again, in another tab on a different site, the mic will work.

If I use Microsoft Edge browser with the same setup for Callbridge, everything works fine.

In Firefox it does indicate I have provided mic permission to the site, and the mic is clearly seen and working, but no sound from FF in the web conferences.

I have tried saving mic permission for the site, as well as removing it from Tools...Settings...Privacy & Security...Permissions...Microphone and permitting Mic use each time the site is launched. Page Info settings are all correct with permission to use the mic and speakers and I have tried enabling autoplay for the site.

I believe any Windows or hardware causes can be eliminated since the same setup works in Edge browser. It seems to be just a Firefox issue that has appeared recently when using the Callbridge site.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm trying to follow the Mozilla instructions to move my profile to a new PC. I started copying the profile to a new (empty) 128 Gb flashdrive. Partway through, I got an error message that there wasn't enough room to copy my 9 Gb Inbox. I'd be very grateful if you can tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks!

i cant send emails i can receive emails i get this message (1. Login to server smtp.telstra.com with username hammyelectrical@bigpond.com failed) ( 2. Sending of the message failed. Unable to authenticate to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.telstra.com. Please check the password and verify the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)'. ) the settings are correct the password is correct is there a secondary password can someone please help kind regards chris
