Norton Password Manager does not load properly since the last Mozilla update. Amazon does not either.

How do I prevent Bing and Edge from popping up instead of Firefox? I have Firefox as my preferred browser.

I am experiencing a significant issue with Mozilla Firefox after the recent update a few days ago. Since the update, I have been unable to access several websites including Facebook and Amazon, which are essential for my daily activities. This problem is quite frustrating as I have to rely on Google Chrome for my browsing needs, a browser I do not prefer. - I have updated to the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, but I’m not sure of the exact version number. - I have tried clearing the cache and cookies, but the problem persists. - I would like to know if there are any specific settings that need to be changed or if I should consider reverting to a previous version until this is resolved. I have an issue with secondary webpages disappearing. Occasionally, when I am on a website, particularly when I am buying something or comparing items and a pop-out page appears showing what you selected, when I go to click on that 'secondary' webpage it disappears. It's not hidden between other open browsers or appearing on the taskbar. It's just gone. When I go back to the main webpage site and open up this pop-out page again, it will reappear. But the moment I click on this pop-out page it disappears. An example is attached with a DoorDash progress order. It seems that it only happens with "secondary" pop-out pages. It does not occur if the website creates a whole separate new non-pop-out page.

I went into settings to try turning off and on pop-up to see if that does something but nothing. Thanks for your help in advance.

Not sure if "performance and connectivity" is the correct category. I recently bought a Mac-mini and set it up via iCloud. All seems to be working as before, except that website check boxes don't work properly. In some cases, check boxes are not visible; and when they are visible, there is no visual indication upon selecting the check box. The attached image shows two check box. Upon clicking on a circle, it does not turn black. And sometimes, the circle doesn't even display. Any help appreciated.

Ha, the checkbox below on this form "Email me when someone answers the thread" does not work show "checked" when I click on it.

Facebook will not load all the way on Firefox. Up until yesterday, it would sometimes load and other times, not. Today, I end up with a blue F in the middle of the white screen and it will not go any further.

Hello, I encountered this issue while trying to Ask a Question in Simplified Chinese. For example, Firefox's Chinese Simplified Language Support page.On the Simplified Chinese page (https://support.mozilla.org/zh-CN/questions/new/firefox), clicking the "Continue" option in the "Ask a Question" section redirects to https://support.mozilla.org/zh-CN/kb/%E8%8E%B7%E5%BE%97%E7%A4%BE%E5%8C%BA%E6%94%AF%E6%8C%81?exit_aaq=1. Then, clicking "GET HELP" redirects back to https://support.mozilla.org/zh-CN/questions/new/firefox. Under normal circumstances, it should redirect to the Question submission page. This feature works correctly on the English-language Mozilla Support page (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/firefox/form). I attempted to change the language identifier in the English page URL from "en-US" to "zh-CN," which resulted in a prompt stating: "The question forum cannot be used for Firefox in Chinese (Simplified). We have redirected you to the English question forum." And I found that none of the ask a question in Support can be used in simplified Chinese language. I tried to ask Mozilla Support, but I didn't get valid information.

I just installed Firefox on my laptop, it is rendering web pages with missing letters and photos that cannot be seen, but if I try to copy them to show you they come out correct. How do I fix this, it makes webpages almost unreadable? Thanks Gordon Sears

Since recently (about a month) a new problem appeared: sometimes a website gets completely stuck. No page can be loaded, it waits on a blank white screen indefinitely.

• Refresh doesn't work.
• Closing a tab and opening a new one doesn't work.
• If one website is stuck, others are more likely to get stuck, but not necessarily.
• Closing the app and opening it back usually helps.

It's a recently introduced bug and most likely related to HTTP connection handling.

The new update refuse to load youtube, MeWe etc. It says "Cannot do this offline".

Enabling HDR (gfx.wayland.hdr) on Linux CachyOS causes random lines to appear on the screen, both vertically and horizontally seemingly at random. Perhaps important to note that the OS originally didn't recognize my laptop display's HDR capability so I had to "force" it on with KWIN_FORCE_ASSUME_HDR_SUPPORT=1, but it still can't actually read the display's specs from EDID. Disabling gfx.wayland.hdr fixes the issue but I do really like HDR so I think I'm willing to live with it for now.
