whenever i try to play a in fullscren on my android phone, there apears a grey sidebar apears on a side, this happens only when the fullscreen is horizontal, additionaly sometimes you can see time and battery cut of in half on the top of the screen as well, that is usually accompanied by a grey bar at the bottom.

I recently updated to a new version of the Firefox Android app through the Play Store, and it changed the look of the lab list so that tabs were larger. However, it also seems to have changed the tolerance for my swiping to scroll through the list. Now, when I swipe to scroll up with my right thumb, it often closes the tab under my thumb rather than scrolling. This seems to be because my swipe is at an angle due to the way I am holding my phone, but before the update I never had this problem. It would be nice if the tolerance was adjusted back to the way it was or if I could disable the swipe to delete tab feature.

I don’t know if it was an update that automatically installed or something but all my tabs keep closing when I exit the app. All my private tabs I had open are gone :/ and I keep trying to leave tabs open, close the app, and open it again and they all still get erased. I saw this was a problem last year too but didn’t see if there was a solution or not.

YouTube video bug that shows the copy / select all floating bar when we double tap to go ahead in the video .. I have attached the screen shot .. ( when I double tap to go like +60 sec and more.. this pop up comes.. when you normally double tap to go +10 or +20 sec ahead it doesn't show up.. but when you want to go ahead in the video by tapping... This bug keeps happening! Please do check out the screen shot that I attached!..

Issue 1: Why does Mozilla heat up so fast even though my device has no problems at all, and when will it be fixed? Because I've used Edge before, and it works very well and consumes little of my device resources. Issue 2 After the last update of Mozilla version 127.0.1, the use of in private mode became more difficult to use, and with my habit of keeping tabs open in private mode for a long time, sometimes up to 3 months. And I'd like to know when Mozilla will make it better for people who like to use it privately, because I don't like to use general mode, it's like there's constant surveillance for Mozilla users, and there are also cookies, so I don't like these and use them in privacy mode all the time I surf the web.And why is it harder for me to use it in In private mode? I have a hard time adjusting the buttons. I don't like the button that comes in place of the homepage button.

Several times in the last 5 months, I received a notification on my Pixel 7 phone telling me that Firefox was, "using large amounts of data." The first time it was about 750 MB of data (in a 20-ish min period). Today, it was about 400 MB of data (also in a 20-ish minute period). Both times I was simply browsing news sites - catching up on the days news. Today, I was logged into the New York Times (I'm a subscriber) when I received the high data usage notification. I'm a dinosaur who is still on a limited - 2GB - plan, so gobbling up a quarter of my data in 20-ish minutes hurts. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one?

I attempted to upload two screenshots showing my data usage - 1 showing the overall data usage - the spike. And the other showing Firefox usage. It is unclear to me whether or not the pictures uploaded. Also, I had written this query before but I'm not sure it submitted. If it did, I apologize for the repeat.

When, my pharmacy sends me a text with information describing something and I click on the highlighted area, it never opens, it just goes to the home page. How do I open things that are sent to me that are important to me.

I'm having trouble with settings in Firefox (Android 13), running on a Google Pixel 5 phone. The settings screen is unreadable (all empty/white), apart from section headings. Please see the attached screenshot.

Hello I have a problem with site https://sellercentral.amazon.com, some parts of this site doesn’t work in Firefox, so I should use another browser. 1. When I want to download a form, I choose ‘’print’’ but nothing happen 2. I can’t report abuse in Amazon, because I can’t open non of the options with Firefox. I changed settings but nothing happened. You can see my setting in Attach. Please solve my problem, I use this browser in IOS in iPad. In Android or Windows, it’s ok. Thanks.

While accessing my yahoo Mail account on the firefox browser for any length of time the Yahoo mail Will breakdown and completely lose all functions. While accessing my Wall Street Journal account on the firefox browser, I note that commentary on many articles is blocked. That is, the commentary section of the article shows no comments posted. However, when I switch to the Safari browser, the same article Will show multiple comments posted.

I keep running into this bug where, on the odd occasion I am trying to download a file and the download occurs slow sometimes from the server's end, I might start a download of the same file twice. Then when one finishes downloading, if I press cancel on the ongoing download, it deletes the other downloaded file from my storage. This probably happens because the files are named the exact same but cancelling a downloading file should not delete an already downloaded, different file.

I get the following message when I try to log in to my Kaiser.com account. "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies." I can get to the Kaiser web site but I get this message when I click on "sign in". I don't have a problem accessing and signing in using Safari or Chrome. I can't figure out how to disable or turn off cookies for the Kaiser.com website. And I've never had to do that before today.

Since my phone ran out of charge last night I have been unable to access https://archive.org. when I try I get error secure connection failed. I have used this site extensively in the past and have not experienced such a problem until this morning. I've downloaded the latest Firefox from playstore but the problem persists. What's suddenly gone wrong please?

Firefox for Android gets frozen when using it to open large PDF files. I have been meaning to change my default PDF viewer app, but once Firefox has been set as the default PDF viewer for Android, there will no way to change this default; as Firefox default's don't have the option to be deleted through Android's App Info menu.
