when we add any website to shortcut , the image of shotcuts appear properly but when we visit 2nd or 3rd time same website the shortcut website image disappear.
this happened with all websites.
there are tow types of images. 1 - we visit first time to any website and shortcut images looks properly. 2- shortcut images disapear permanently.
please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Firefox only shows favicons in the shortcuts for the pre-installed sites. All new sites do not get favicons, just the stylized first letter of the domain.

However it recently it doesn't always load when I start up my laptop it loads a different advertisement page for Century Link. I called Century Link and they told me it had to do with my browser (Mozilla Fire Fox) not them.?
