I previously used Thunderbird ver 78.14.0. I upgraded to 91.13.0 over the weekend. I had held off from upgrading previously because of the first problem I am describing below.
I have several accounts defined, but this applies to 2 in particular, a gmail and an office365 (o365) account.
In 78.14.0, the gmail account Pop's the email from the o365 account and I reply from there. When sending, I send from the gmail account using the o365 credentials and tell TB to save a copy in the gmail account because when sending using the o365 credentials, o365 saves a copy in o365 for you.
In every version since sometime after 78.14.0, TB gives an error message: "Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent Mail) due to network or file access errors.
You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent Mail-imap.larrystollshke.gmail.", so I turn off saving the extra copy in the gmail account and I don't get the error message. The email is sent, but no copy is saved in the gmail account.
In TB I tried to copy the email from the Sent folder on o365 to either the Inbox or Sent folder on gmail and that also doesn't seem to work. No error message from TB, when you look in either folder, the message wasn't copied. This is the 2nd problem.
