Hi, I noticed that the new release of the Android Firefox browser doesn't support printing (and therefore save to pdf) anymore. Is it a known issue or is there anything that I am missing?

I'm really upset! The new v79 has half the features and sync wasn't running: always shows "last sync on 1970" and didn't let me select what to sync. I cleared the cache, not solved... I cleared all my data, reconfigured, but still no sync! So I removed the app and manually installed the old one. Guess what? It still doesn't sync!!! Now I'm left with the Firefox I know and love but I can't use it because I have NO credentials and no bookmarks... I would like to kick someone...

First and foremost I am trying to find the homepage. I have read articles on how to set the homepage but the images don't look like my Android app. I will attach screenshots I have my settings and nowhere does it say anything about home. Any ideas of how to set a homepage so that I will have one place to go to when I first start when I open Firefox that would be awesome cuz right now I don't like the way it set up. it takes me to my account page and I can't do anything.

My next question is tabs. I don't see anything about opening a new tab or setting a new tab so any information on that would be most appreciative.

On the previous Firefox browser I had on my Android phone, I set it to close all my tabs when I closed the browser. I've just updated to the new Firefox on Android and I can't find the option to do this. I have to manually close all the tabs every time I close the browser. Surely they haven't given us less options and features in the new version?!

Pressing quit in the app closes the tabs but it doesn't also close the app down on my phone.

I've tried searching for the answer to this problem for hours but everything's telling me how to make Firefox download things automatically but I want to stop it doing that.

I've always had my 'phone (Samsung S9+) set to ask me every time how I want to open files when I tap on them. However, this afternoon, when I tapped on a pdf link and it popped up to ask if I wanted to download the document or simply view it (in Google Viewer, I think it was), download was already highlighted and I accidentally (and very stupidly) tapped 'Always'.

Now, every time I tap on a pdf link in Firefox, my 'phone is automatically downloading the file, instead of offering me the option to simply view it without downloading it, which is what I want to do.

I've tried deleting cache files, uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Reader (in case it forced something to give me options again) and if I was using the Windows version of Firefox, the solution appears to be no more than a couple of clicks away. However, that doesn't seem to be the case in Firefox on my Android 'phone!

Please could someone help because I don't want to waste any more of my life searching for the solution to a single errant finger tap!

I am running Firefox on an LG Android tablet. I accidentally saved something to the clipboard, but I can't seem to clear it. I've cleared everything I could find, but the clipboard still has the item. Exactly how do I clear the clipboard?

Hello, I have been using Firefox for so long, and it's one of my favorite web browser on Windows as well as on Android. Firefox update for Android has become frustrating for many people including me, as most of the features aren't available in this new FF. One of them is about:config system settings, where i use to change some usefull features by going through that option. Sadly, this isn't available in the new update as of now. So, I would like to request you that please add this option as soon as possible in the coming updates. Another request would be, to be able to change the dns within the browser for using secure dns like DoH. As this option is available in desktop browser, i will be happy to get this option even on Android as well. Thank you.....

When I click the Share symbol on Youtube videos Forefox no longer has a "copy link" function, instead it offers me a dozen different ways to share the video that aren't relevant.

If I want to paste a youtube link or imbed a video onto a forum, I have to click on share, text message it to myself, and then copy and paste the link from the message.

This is insane. Just let me copy the link like it used to.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello. I tried to carry my opened tabs from old device firefox to the new one's firefox. I logged in on both devices, I indicated to sync tabs and bookmarks, then tapped "sync now". Then I found bookmarks from my old device on new one, but not tabs. What I do wrong? Or may be I understand wrong this function of sync, while I expect just carry my all tabs at once?

Hello I am German and not used to write in english. I use Firefox on my Xperia device. Within the last Update I got the new function to collect the tabs. I created several collections and named them. After I put in the tabs and deleted them in the list. So they were only in the collections. Today I wanted to use one Tab out of the collection. But the whole collection Was not any more there, same with 2 Others! Where are these collections and the tabs now? I did not delete them and I need them.

Where are they and how can I use them again?

I got problem on my oneplus 8 pro. when go full screen on youtube subtitles doesnt show and video fits screen. I added two screenshot first one is from firefox and second from samsung browser(that's how it must be).

When I register on new websites, sometimes Firefox is proposing to generate a new strong random password and sometimes not at all. Why? Is it a bug? Can we fix that? Thanks C.

I read this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-delete-and-view-bookmarked-webpages-firefox-an , but I don't seem to have a bookmark option (seen in attached screenshot). Is there a setting or something that would disable the option? I'm a little new to firefox for android.
