I have two audio device plugged in. firefox only outputs to the usb devise even though i have selected the aux out on windows. all other programs use the selected audio out but not firefox

any help would be appreciated

Hello! I am facing the issue with time zone translations. Here is what I do. First, I create event on web-interface of the google calendar. That account is linked to TB's calendar. This calendar has settings for my timezone as in the first screenshot, that is GMT+3 for Kyiv, Ukraine. It is actually GMT+2 + daylight saving hour in effect. Country is also set to Ukraine. Next, my Windows 11 system is set to set time and timezone automatically, region - Ukraine. It displays UTC+2 Helsinki, Kyiv,... I guess it's Windows settings display quirk, because time is correct and WSL console shows

My TB's calendar is set to have system's timezone as in 3rd screenshot.

Now if I see my event in TB calendar, it is placed one hour later, say 9 am event starts at 10. So reminders also come hour later. Also strange thing is that event properties in TB show correct time like 9:00 till 10:40, but for some strange timezone Europe/Zaporozhye, as in 4th picture.

However, if I set TB's calendar manually to Europe/Kiev (which should be Kyiv, but that's another story), then events are shifted hour up to their right place, 9 am. So this is my issue: when I set calendar forcibly to Kyiv timezone, it does translate it right. When I ask calendar to rely on system's timezone, which indeed is also Kyiv, then I get one hour behind.

How can the Firefox message popups be permantly turned off they are modal breaking my automation.

I have encountered a recurring issue specifically with Firefox where SVG images fail to display unless a pixel-defined height attribute is explicitly set. This behavior contrasts with other browsers, which handle SVG scaling seamlessly, typically adapting to the specified width or inheriting dimensions from parent elements.

During our website development, primarily through Elementor and leveraging Flexbox in a WordPress environment, this discrepancy becomes evident. The issue persists exclusively in Firefox, confirmed through extensive testing across various browsers and OS's with multiple SVG files and sites.

For diagnostic purposes, I recommend conducting controlled tests with SVG images embedded with our current setup. Set the SVGs to 100% width without defining their height and observe how they render in Firefox compared to other browsers. This should help ascertain whether the behavior in Firefox is anomalous.

I am assuming it may be with the way the markup of the SVG is rendered as it doesn't happen with all SVGs, however, other browsers appear to fix or override whatever is getting in the way from rendering...it is a strange issue.

I have included two images as an example. As you can see in the first image, the SVG isn't rendering (in Firefox) , but does render in Chrome/Safari. It only works when I define a height in px value on Firefox.

Please let me know if further information is required or if any specific steps need to be undertaken to address this issue.

Hello, For some reason, over the past couple of months I have been searching for varied emails and they are missing! At one point, I found that some had been put in an archive folder (that I did NOT set up) and they were recent emails. I removed them from the folder, placed them back in the regular inbox and deleted that folder. When I could not find another very important series of emails today, after searching numerous ways, I looked in the server and missing emails are there. I did look at a number of email threads where other people reported similar problems... but couldn't figure out what applied to my situation and how to fix this. To show a specific example, I attached two images ... the first is my Thunderbird email account that shows one Email only on Feb 18, 2024. The Juno server image shows 7 emails on that same date, four which were important contracts that were sent to me. Can you please help me locate and retrieve these and other missing emails? I use corporation's websites to find its workers phone numbers. Websites for all regions around the country have the same layout but sometimes frames with names, adress and phone numbers are individualy designed.

I use mobile browser on Galaxy S series smartphones. When I mark phone number it is not recognized by any dialer. When I try the same on other browser i.ex. Brave it recognize it without any problems. No matter how web frame is designed.

I guess this is an issue for Mozilla developers to check out. Personally I dont see any custom settings to change it.

How to disbale most visited websites get automatically added in homepage of Firefox android browser ?

I kept shortcuts option enabled to add shortcut manually as per user choice. I don't want browser to add most recently visited websites to get add as shortcuts in tile form in homepage of firebox browser.

Is there any config to disabled for this issue ? Please help

I've selected Firefox as my auto fill service.

A few official apps (at least one banking app, for example) that I've downloaded from the play store that report the following after I unlock and select the correct password:

"Firefox could not verify the authenticity of the application. Do you want to proceed with autofilling the selected credentials."

I can't seem to find any other report of this error so I'm curious what's going on.

I have Firefox on my desktop and iPad and both are synced. I love Firefox on my desktop but, honestly, I have to continue to use Safari on my Ipad because the iOS version of Firefox is nowhere near as good. One of my biggest obstacles to converting to Firefox on my iPad is trying to save bookmarks so I can access them on my desktop. When I bookmark a page on my iPad I cannot find it's location on my desktop. Can you please advise where Firefox places bookmarks that are saved on my iPad. Thanks

For some time now, e-mails have been arriving with a delay, e.g. from April 15, they arrived only on April 18. The mail is on the home.pl server pinned via IMAP.

I recently purchased a new Mac Book Pro. After migrating my data from my old one I noticed that when using Firefox my Facebook account was not working properly. I no longer could access my own page or the pages of friends. However, I could access some group accounts I'm associated with. On Safari, everything works fine. I suspect something must have been compromised during the data migration.

I deleted the Firefox app from my new computer and then reinstalled it but to no avail. When I'm in Facebook and try to access my page I get an error message. My OS system to up to date and apparently my Firefox is up to date as well. Any suggestions? Thanks

Every day as far as I can remember, when I clicked on on The Fire Fox symbol I got a page of my favorites. This morning, and all day I get an Xfinity page. What happened, and how is it fixed? Xfinity says it's not their fault it's Fire Fox's problem

I am watching a Twitch video on Firefox. When I open a new Firefox tab and drag it to another monitor, the Twitch video skips forwards about a minute.

I also occasionally notice skips or pauses when I switch from one tab in the same window back to the Twitch playing tab.

Is there any way I could fix these problems?

OS is Win 10 64bit TB is 78.4.0 (32 bit) (is that a conflict?)

For NO known reason TB had to be restarted. Opened, BUT only one folder, NOT the Inbox, is displayed. Cannot see NOR access the Inbox, nor any folder (none displayed). Restarting TB produces the same result every time.

If searched any - all TB headers / options. HELP & support yield no clue(s) nor solution(s).

I have been struggling with this problem for about 6 months now and no-one I've asked has been able to help me. Even my computer guru failed me! I think it was after an update about last June when I started having this problem An nothing I've tried has had any effect. I had a Geek Squad guy on the phone with me for about 45 minutes to no effect. He said he'd never seen the problem before. I have business emails on that account so I don't want to risk losing them. I have firefox for android, and I have ublock origin, which is great.

However, firefox seems to refresh constantly- even if I minimize it than return instantly- it automatically goes into a refresh mode, it refreshes randomly while scrolling- I wish I coudl completely turn this "feature" off across all browsers.

I cannot state how many times I have lost VITAL data from this annoying random refreshing.

It should be an option to completely disable refreshing of ANY kind, rather than forcing it down our throats, and losing time, and data. If I want to see new content I will refresh it myself/ re enable the option. I was hoping this ridiculous "feature" would be phased out when humanity pulled its head out, but apparently- it's gotten even worse, now.

Recently on my iPad and iPhone, clicking valid links in either my browser (Firefox) or e-mail (Outlook), a new tab will open to the “about:blank” page, and nothing more.
