When attempting to download the Chicago Tribune for offline reading using the olive mobile viewer for tablets, I get the message "An error occurred while downloading pleas try again.

We don't support the "Olive Mobile Viewer" this is an application used by the Tribune to display their site. The Tribune help can be found at

The fact of the matter is that the Olive Mobile Viewer works fine with other browsers and used to work with Firefox. It is not a problem with OMV but with Firefox. However, since you do not support it, fixing apparently will not occur. Thus, Firefox is not a usable Android browser for me.
