Firefox 26.0A1 is not an official release yet.

Try downgrading to Firefox 23.0.1

Hello,

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.

(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)

  • You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.

Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.

To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.

Thank you.

  • Do these steps in another browser
  1. Download https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and install it, dont uninstall firefox. Just install firefox over the existing install.

I tried SeaMonkey: User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 SeaMonkey/2.23a1 Build identifier: 20130821003001

AOL Radio loaded without any issues, so I'm not sure what that says or maybe it may point the Developers in the right direction to get firefox nightly build to work with AOL..

I have the same problem in FF 26.0. Visiting Slacker.com works for a while, then stops working with the error as listed. I suspect this is a problem with javascript in FF because when I start getting the error listed in this thread, other javascript features in other, unrelated web pages also start misbehaving. A temporary fix to to quit and restart FF. That works for a while, then the problem returns.

I gave up and I'm using pandora.

asstreg, I'm sorry you never got AOL radio ( http://aolradio.slacker.com ?) to work with Firefox and that you resolved the problem by switching to another Internet radio service (pandora). I'll close this thread.
