I have the same issue - I'll have to ask the developers about this. I was able to download the apk and install it directly from here - http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/14.0/android/en-US/

The Droid 2 Global should be unblocked now, it was a mistake on our end. It would be good if you can confirm here.

Nope, it's still says it's not compatible with my device. This is from the Google Play Store in my desktop web browser, as well as Google Play Store Android app. I tried clearing the Play Store cache as well but it did not help.
