Firefox crashes

Does not seem to not crash on opening. I have tried connected, not connected, on local file. I have reset everything except bookmarks. I have tried new profile. I use ZoneAlarm and have also tried all above with it turned off. Still crashes. Started yesterday afternoon and I have not updated/installed anything recently.

This is probably caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.

This is probably caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
