Is there a way to customize the "File, Edit, View, etc." toolbar?
Firefox 4 has this bar with black lettering on a dark grey background - not ideal!!

You could experiment with Personas
Whatever you choose will be added to Appearance menu which you can access via Tools | Add-ons | Appearance so that you can revert to the previous one if you choose something else.
