How can i report when a add-on is labeled incorectly, ie. incompatible when it should be compatible. How can i change rating?

But it is still up to each individual developer to update compatibility information for each of their extensions. User reports aren't going to affect what Firefox version an extension "Works with" .

Your Firefox 4 beta 10 version is quite outdated. You should update to the Firefox 4 RC2 release candidate via "Help > About ..."
