Why when I try to use PayPal does it say "This connection is untrusted?"

Whenever I try to go to the PayPal website it doesn't load, instead something pops up saying that the connection is untrusted and will not let me connect, I've tried using a different browser to connect, I've tried setting up a security exception, basically nothing is working, any input? Thanks.

ok, I know how to solve this. Check your date and time are correct (this worked for me) but if this does not work, go to your proxy settings, control panel then internet settings. uncheck all the boxes. this should be it. also, when changing date and time, make sure you are in the right time zone because if you live in the uk the clocks will go forward tonight.
