Recently transferred to a new desktop computer. Tried logging into the Costco website and using the Firefox browser(my preferred) the website is no longer recognizing my log in email and password. My email and password did work on my old desktop. So, I tried entering in my info in the Chrome browser and it worked. So I'm wondering why? I cleared my cashe and cookies also.

Hi,

If Costco login works in Chrome but not in Firefox on your new desktop, here are a few things to try:

Clear cookies and cache (again, just for Costco)

Go to the Costco login page → click the lock icon in the address bar → Clear cookies and site data… → restart Firefox and try again.

Check Saved Logins

Go to about:logins and confirm that the correct email/password is stored for Costco. If needed, delete and re-save it.

Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) temporarily

Some sites don’t play well with strict blocking. On the Costco site, click the shield icon in the address bar and toggle ETP off, then try logging in again.
