You could export the bookmarks like this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer

And then import them the same way.

You can also Sync your Mozilla account in the process of doing so you are asked what to sync: https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/wie-richte-ich-firefox-sync-ein

And included in that are bookmarks, does not work for Add-ons like scripts and lists that are included after installing an add-on.
