In recent months, there have been reports of connection errors on AT&T but yours has more detail.

Some users reported having to make site exceptions using the toolbar buttons for the AdBlock Plus and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials extensions while on the AT&T page. If you don't see all your extension buttons on the main toolbar, try the Extensions button (puzzle piece) drop-down list. See: Manage your extensions using the extensions button in the toolbar.

Did that make any difference?

No, I did not make any difference! Thank you for answering my question! I appreciate!

Does it make any difference if you try to connect in a private window (Ctrl+Shift+P)? This bypasses cached files and cookies previously set by AT&T and Yahoo servers to test whether those might be causing the issue.
