We've used Quikbooks for 10 years + on our desktop. After learning the Desktop QB is no longer supported, we attempted to purchase - access, QB online. This required us to return the desktop version, be credited the purchase amount, as we were prohibited use until this Process completed. Now complete! As Techsoup processes have changed, all the back-forth, just not sure. Prior to QB Icloud purchase- need to confirm we didn't already make purchase & guidance re How to access- use online QB version. PLEASE Advise. Thanks

I'm not sure of the connection between Techsoup, iCloud, and QuickBooks.

Is there a problem using https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ in Firefox? Do you get any specific error messages?
