Yes it appears you are using the old eol macOS 10.9 and Firefox 78.15.0esr is the most current that supports macOS 10.9, 10.10, 10.11.

Firefox 79.0 to 115 ESR requires macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 to run while Firefox 116.0 and later requires macOS 10.15 or later.

If your hardware allows for an macOS update to 10.12 or later then you would be able to run Firefox 115 ESR.
