the f 10 option
i ve been sing firefox since 2006, but now it is becoming v annoying cuz of the f 10 option.. a user ve to enable the menu bar to avoid shuffling between show and hide the menu bar which makes the page v small, when there is already an option ( alt button ) then why there is another ( f 10 ) button is bound to it? plz remove f 10 as i ve to use this for another purpose.. and do not show the password window until any login page is browsed as we ve to cancel it each time we open firefox and most of the time we do not need it..its extremely annoying .

That's will not happen those if they are standard HotKeys defaults and only way to change is either userChrome.css or other 3rd party software that changes default HotKey settings.

I think this is a Windows OS platform convention that Firefox follows. There is no built-in way to disable it (unlike the Alt key). If you want to vote for that as a feature change, check out this "Idea" thread on Mozilla Connect (use the "thumbs up" button to vote for this idea):

If you have Sync enabled in your Firefox, the Primary Password dialog will appear when Firefox wants to use your saved Firefox Account credentials.
