Ever since the last update I did to Thunderbird I can no longer see images in emails I receive. There used to be a button to show images, but I no longer see that. What can I do to get the images back?

Remote content is never shown for any email in 'Junk/spam' folder. If emails are in the 'Junk/spam' folder then you would need to mark them as 'Not junk' to put them back into the 'Inbox'.

It is possible you have selected to allow remote content for email address, but the sender keeps changing the remote content items which do not match the last lot allowed, so Thunderbird is allowing the email, but not the additional remote content items. Try this: Bottom of 'Spaces Toolbar - click on the wheel cog 'Settings' icon OR Menu icon > Settings

Select 'Privacy & Security' At the top - : If you want all remote content to display in everything - not advisable ! Select the checkbox 'allow remote content in messages'

If you prefer to choose which email address are allowed to display remote content click on 'Exceptions' button. I would advise you click on that 'Exceptions' button to see what it contains. Suggest you clear the content as it is likely to be effecting your situation and start afresh. You can add specific websites and/or specific email addresses. then click on 'Save Changes'.

Exit Thunderbird and allow time for background processes to complete. Start thunderbird.

Cleared exceptions. Restarted Thunderbird. Then made new exceptions on emails on what to see images on. And still same thing, no images. This is frustrating :(

This only started happening after the 102.3.0 (64-bit) update.
