I had to reinstall my Windows 11. I was wondering why I don't get back my folders that were on my previous account? Is there a way I can get back what I saved in all my folders?

Thunderbird is installed and stores it';s data on your hard disk. Reinstalling windows generally erases the drive.

Backup is as simple as exporting the profile from the tools menu.

What has happened to Thunderbird email, K-9, or even desktop software. My K-9 is not receiving mail, or sending, after it did at one time. Now, on my laptop, I'm unable to create folders. Not blaming anyone, just wondering is these changes for tonight and early in the morning of August 15th are what is going to solve some these problems. On my phone, I'm about to delete K-9 completely.
