How do I disable or add an exception for unqualified hostnames on my local LAN? e.g., LOCALHOST or HOST in HOST.EXAMPLE.COM where EXAMPLE.COM is automatically appended? What about disabling HTTPS for a subnet, such as 198.51.100.0/24 ?
