about a week ago I changed to duckduckgo and now my bookmark menu and most of my bookmarks are gone?

Hi, when you say you changed to DuckDuckGo, do you recall how you did it? For example:
- Install a DuckDuckGo add-on into Firefox
- Change to the built-in DuckDuckGo search option (Change your default search settings in Firefox)
- Install or change something outside of Firefox
- Something else
Regarding your bookmarks, where do you usually access them? For example:
- Bookmarks Sidebar -- Ctrl+B
- Bookmarks Toolbar (horizontal bar below the main toolbar) -- Bookmarks Toolbar - Display your favorite websites at the top of the Firefox window
- Optional top menu bar -- Restore the Menu bar in Firefox
- Optional Bookmarks Menu button -- in Customize, look for
-- (Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars).
- Somewhere else?
Are your bookmarks missing from those places?
Note: If you are using any list headed with "Recent", it is normal for older items not to keep showing there, so you may want to use one of the other methods instead.
