Since updating to Firefox to 91.3.0esr (64-bit), youtube quality randomly jumps to 360p.

Since updating to Firefox to 91.3.0esr (64-bit), half of my Youtube playback set to 480p quality will randomly jumps to 360p quality in almost every video above 10 minutes after playing for ~50% of the video length.

How do I stop this? Or, How do I roll back to a version of FireFox below 91.3.0esr (64-bit) which did not do this?
