Sometimes I want a calendar item I create in Thunderbird in other apps, like MacOS Calendar.

To do this I create the item and include my email address as an invitee. When the email is received, I save the ICS file, and then open it in other app.

Before 91.x, this procedure worked without problem.

Now the ICS file opens, the apps asks what calendar the item should be attached to, asks whether updates should be sent to the invitees, and then it looks like it is trying to open a dialog where the item is saved to the calendar. The dialog displays and goes away in an instant. The item never gets saved to the calendar.

Why doesn't this work with this version of Thunderbird?????
