won't let me post on face says I do not have permission , and have to keep uninstalling it since last update cause become non funtionaland get dam tired of uninstlling and reinstalling to get it to work about to remove forever

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
