IMAP Office365/Outlook OAuth2 Authentication Failure

Error: "Authentication failure while connecting to server outlook.office365.com."

System: OS: macOS 11.2.3 TB version: 78.8.0 (64bit) IMAP/SMTP Settings: outlook.office365.com 993 SSL/TLS OAuth2 smtp.office365.com 587 STARTTLS OAuth2

OAuth2 URL: oauth://login.microsoftonline.com (https://outlook.office365.com/IMAP.AccessAsUser.All https://outlook.office365.com/POP.AccessAsUser.All https://outlook.office365.com/SMTP.Send offline_access)

I was just able to set up the same account client access with the iOS mail client so I cant imagine it's an issue with the mail server. The window pops up, I login through OAuth2 and multi-factor and then I get the error above.
