Firefox disappears before I can do anything. I guess it crashes on my iphone

• PLEASE ASSIST! • I have been using Firefox on an iPhone X (10) - currently on update iOS 14.4 - for more than four years. • Five days ago the Firefox App on the mobile telephone crashed by itself. • Subsequently I have tried to re-install the Firefox app again from the Appstore by following the prescribed routine for downloading and installation but without success. • This was done 24 times, every time when I then open the app it crashes / disappears. • In the meantime Mozilla / Firefox on my Macbooks operates flawlessly.

During the last two days I have consulted with three Apple iPhone experts and two Macbook specialists and were simply told that only Mozilla can resolve this problem. WHAT A NUISANCE! WHAT AN UNCONSCIONABLE LUDICROUS SITUATION FOR WHICH IT SEEMS YOU HAVE NO REMEDY, NO SOLUTION. Is that true??
