ios push nfy: doc vs reality

Hi colleagues,

article at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/push-notifications-firefox says the following: "Only Mozilla's applications are enabled to use WebPush on iOS (third-parties are prohibited from using WebPush to send notifications to iOS per the iOS usage agreement.)"

In fact, push nfys do not work for me, using firefox (v31) from apple's appstore. Easy way to test is to go to pushalert.co/demo - despite all notifications are allowed in Control Panel / Notifications for Firefox app, they do not appear - neither from this site nor from other sites (e.g. mattermost).

What is wrong? - something in my settings or article's statement, cited above?

Thank you!
