Send Javascript code to Firefox through an external process?
I am looking for a solution to automate Firefox thorough an external process. I thought I could do this with Autohotkey library, Chrome dev tools and Firefox in debug mode but I have been advised its not secure nor private.
So I am wondering is there way to send/receive JS code or events to Firefox through another process such as Autohotkey or a windows program, Why?
- Get URL of current tab
- Set URL of current tab to
- Launch bookmarklets (Not bookmarks)
I have to be able to do this on the keyboard not through Firefox UI. Thanks :)
