my old email acct was hacked sct581@yahoo.com,, no longer have access to it
want to get my old bookmarks from my acct that was hacked but i have no way of betting into my old email thanks to the morons that own yahoo now,, after 30 years they were not even smart enough to figure out i know who i am,,

To restore your bookmarks in Firefox products, please follow these instructions (This requires that you had a Firefox account and the "Sync" feature enabled at the time you created your bookmarks):
1. Click on the Firefox account icon in the toolbar. 2. Click on Sign in to Firefox. 3. Click the Firefox account icon to expand the menu. 4. Click Synchronize Now
Now it may take some time, but Firefox will restore your previous settings, add-ons and bookmarks.

no i can't sign in to my old email so they locked that acct
You will have to create a new Firefox Account with an email address you can confirm.
