I have gone and checked what people say and looked at what they want me to do and nothing is fixing it. It's not my account I can work with it on my phone but through firefox on my mac nothing. I had the problem before and it disappeared after a week but now it's getting longer than that and it's annoying. I don't know what to do.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once?
