Firefox Daylight causes the system to instantly crash

Whenever I open Firefox on my mobile after the Daylight update (apparently), or it displays a notification, Android instantly crashes. And I don't mean Firefox crashes and I get sent to the home screen. The system itself crashes and reboots.

I am using a OnePlus One running LineageOS15.1-20181122-NIGHTLY-bacon (which is android version 8.1.0). Yes I know that is old, no I cannot update.
