Hey

I have a strange problem. When I try to log into my Google account the next button seems to be frozen. It just won't respond to clicking it or hitting return. Forgot email isn´t working either. The only button that works ist the "Learn more"

It´s a fresh install, not add ons no customization

The version is 80.0 (64bit) My OS is MacOs High Sierra 10.13.6

I would really appreciate the help

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks for trying but it didn´t work. Safe mode would have just disabled add ons right? As I mentioned it´s a clean install.

For blocking content I tried "standard" and "off"

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

Remove History For One Site {web link}

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings
