Hello. Forgive my broken English. for some time now I have not been able to print web pages from Firefox (on IE it works with the same pages). I followed all the instructions given here https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/corriger-problemes-impression-firefox but without success. Always the same message that says "an unknown error occurred during printing". I have completely reinstalled Firefox, but it's the same. Can you help me ? Thank you
