Install “Ignore X-Frame-Options Header” Firefox Add-on

This is a Firefox add-on that can be used to achieve the same results if you do not have access to the web server.

Installing this Add-on will let you bypass the x-frame-options policy and allow the website to be loaded in the iframe.

Please note that pages generally block display in a frame for your security to reduce the risk of data theft, so you may wish to disable that extension when you aren't actively using it.

As a possible workaround you can right-click in that frame area with the error message and see if you can use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab" to get that page working.
