One of our 2 sbcglobal.net accounts stopped working, says "error with account" but everthing in set properly

All was fine for years then my wife's account quit working, even on att.net. They had to reset her password but we can now access it only on att.net, not on thunderbird even though we put everything in exactly the same. It keeps coming up with the message below, I also notice hers won't show an outbound password like mine does below. Any help greatly appriciated! Rick
