Cant load outlook login screen - only change this morning added facebook container
Logged in happily to outlook today , now cant - only change was i added facebook container - but didnt stop straight away - have tried safe mode and refreshed firefox - still cant - but I can still log in in explorer and edge ...

Had you tried disabling Facebook Container, then going to the login page? (I don't know why the container would interfere, but you never know.)
- You might try clearing your cookies and cached data. Library button on the toolbar → History → Clear Recent History → select Everything for Time range to clear, and tick all the boxes.
Note that this will also remove any saved site preferences and auto-logins until you have gone back to sites once and logged in or set any site preferences which a site may have.
- You might also try with a new profile: Type about:profiles in the address bar, and Enter. Click Create a New Profile Give it a name. Do not "choose folder" Click Finish Scroll to the new profile Click Launch Profile in new Browser Close the original browser window

Same problem, cant access outlook from Firefox. No changes recently, used as my default browser. Software up to date. Attempting to login, page doesn't open...this is the link I receive to a blank page.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi wndyg62, where does the process fail? For example:
(A) Click a link to Outlook consumer site (hotmail/live/outlook.com addresses)

(B) Redirected to the login screen
(C) After login, redirected back to the mail box
(D) Mailbox loads
If the mailbox doesn't load after redirect, does it help to click the link under (A) again?
