When changing the language in Firefox a new panel appears after restart showing some errors

I went through "preferences > advanced > language" and changed the language to French (same problem with "English (United Kingdom", "Chinese (China)", "Catalan" and I guess other languages) and it gives me this strange panel when I restart. When going back to "English (United States)" the panel disappears.
