I'm getting emails from the German Mozilla website for account confirmation for an account that isn't mine.

I've recently been getting emails from the German Mozilla site for some sort of account confirmation. I can't understand what they're saying because I can't read German (I only took up to German II in college and have since forgotten most of it - lol). Can I stop getting these emails? I've attached a screenshot of the email message.
