hi, this file isn't part of firefox. it's looking like a radnomized filename and there are 0 results for it on google which should be a big red flag. please scan your system for malware with multiple different tools like the free version of malwarebytes and the eset online scanner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/

thanks for reply, but system is clean! (i checked it - nothing!) after another try to start FF - event log show another file!
and one more think - 62.0.x - everything OK, only after upgrade to 63.0.x - crashed!
how did you check - did you use some different security tools as recommended? please also try to locate the incriminated file on your disk an upload it to virustotal.com which will scan it with a few dozen engines...

check system by cisco amp, microsofr SE, eset online scanner - result - no viruses.
I sad - 62.0.x - everything OK, 63.0.x - on win7 x32 crashing, on win7 x64 - ok, win10 x64 - ok!
virus total - https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/e242f8ec682295c4a8556199072348c2cea4e0f69775d67c458d4adbfcb04c0a/detection
maybe developers do something wrong?
please upload the "a_kerflzjl.dll" file (or whatever it's called now when it's randomly changing names) to virustotal, not the firefox setup file (we already know that it is clean).

I found problem - on clean system I installed firefox (win7 x32) after that installed Cisco AMP!!! And this antivirus deleted this dll file from c:\windows\system32\***.dll and firefox crashed. Question - why firefox create this file? On x64 (win7 and win10) this dll file FF doesn't create!
