How can I import the cookie block list I've built over years, that 57 was OK with but 58+ ignores?

I have a cookie block list from all the years I've used firefox that worked? was read by? used by? every version PRIOR to the hard reset of everything that 58 did. Which, BTW, was a really smart move to piss off loyal users, seeing as how we had to redo things with 57 only to have them all blown away in 58... what were you thinking?!

Anyway, I have hundreds of sites in the list - how can I import? make active again? I'm not sure what terminology to use as I don't know the new methodology.
