Hi I'm using Outlook Web Access (part of Exchange 2010) in Firefox version 54.0.1 (32-bit) on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit. I have an issue that occurs occasionally when I try to move or delete an email. The web page gives this message: An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.

If I clear the cache then this will resolve the issue for 3-4 days, but then it will re-occur.

I have spoken with my email provider and they advise to use a different browser, however I prefer to use Firefox as I am most used to this. The same issue occurs when I use Firefox on 2 different PCs. Note the issue doesn't occur when I use Internet Explorer.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi   !

This may not be linked to your current problem, but your system details show that you're running a very old version of Flash, which needs to be updated.

Grab the uninstaller from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then reinstall the latest version. Flash Player Version: 26.0.0.131 https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Direct link scans current system and browser Note: Other software is offered in the download.

Then, pertaining to your OWA problem   -   would you please take a look at this, and scroll down to the section : 'How to fix Outlook Web Access Encountered An Unexpected Error Attachment  ? '

Hi I have uninstalled flash and installed the latest version, however the issue is still occurring. I don't trust those scan and fix programs since they tend to cause more problems than they solve.

Edit: I have updated Firefox to 57.0.2 (64-bit) but still see the same issue.

You may already have tried this, but the only thing I can think of right now, is to post this question on the Microsoft support forum :
