Is there a plugin used for that chat window?

Note that only the Shockwave Flash plugin and Silverlight plugins are enabled for 64 bit Firefox versions for Windows. If you need to use other plugins like Java or media players then install the 32 bit Firefox release.

Thanks for the insight. I checked and the live chat does not need a plug in to run. I use FF 64bit with Shockwave Flash.

Could you give instructions or point me towards a manual download and install of the 32bit to run side by side.

I tried to download FF 32bit to see it that would work but I can't. Auto downloads the version compatible for my 64 bit system.

You can find the full version (64 bit and 32 bit) of the current Firefox release (50.1.0) in all languages and all operating systems here:

Note that you shouldn't use the same profile with a 32 bit and 64 bit version to avoid issues. This also goes for all Firefox versions with different update channels.

You can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
