I just upgraded Firefox to the 64-bit version. I need to know how I go about creating a new toolbar or two to handle some of my add-ons.

Firefox hasn't had a feature to create a new toolbar since Australis was introduced with Firefox 29. You're gonna need an extension to be able to do that.

Classic Theme Restorer has that type of feature, and it includes many other features that also disappeared with the Australis UI; along with many features that have been removed (or changed) in versions since Fx 29. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/

There may be other extensions that offer a "create new toolbar" feature along with other features, but I don't keep track of that type of feature and which extensions offer it.

Note that only the Shockwave Flash plugin and Silverlight plugins are enabled for 64 bit Firefox versions for Windows. If you need to use other plugins like Java or media players then install the 32 bit Firefox release.

Thank you very much edmeister! The link you gave me led me to precisely what I needed. I am now able to create new toolbars "at will" and can shift things around to my liking. My primary need was to make a toolbar at the top of the page so that I could shift the weather information right below the 'url' bar and get it off the bottom of the page where I never saw it; that location just was not "user friendly" to me. Thank you once again. I am now a happy computer user again.
