Firefox v47 crashes when opening
Firefox v47 crashed when opening. Cannot send bug report. Cannot open in safe mode. It appears profile info is missing (places.sqlite, key3.db, logins.json, etc.) as I cannot locate them. Mozilla Crash Reporter details below. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

hi MTTroutSlayer, thanks for providing a crash report id. we have seen quite a number of similar reports about this issue in the last hours and this issue is likely caused by your symantec security software that is hooking into firefox (probably through a program/signature update done by them). other users reported that updating firefox in this situation helped with the crashes. you can download & install the latest firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

So this is not a good answer, or just telling us Symantec did it. What do we tell Symantec? Is anyone from Mozilla going to contact them? How about putting on Twitter? I would, but since I HAVE NO BROWSER, this is a borrowed old xp computer that can't tweet.
