I would like to know if it is possible to down load a video or just its audio from a website that is using vimeo? and if I can how do I do it using firefox browser? do I need add in , plug in service? as you can see I am not to saavy on a computer

Technically, downloading video or audio files is usually a violation of the Terms Of Service (TOS) for websites and in the USA against the law. Those files are intended to be played "real time", not saved to a device.

Look for Video Download extensions / add-ons that will handle Vimeo. See this "video" search at the Add-ons website
