On one of my 3 computers using windows 10, firefox & outlook it frequently get stopped and asked to refresh, close, resfresh, close.

I have one desktop and a laptop computer, and use mozilla-firefox and outlook to get email. On the desktop computer only, I usually get a REFRESH and a CLOSE button pop-up on my screen when I Click on INBOX and then Click on a particular email item. This NEVER happens on my laptop (both computers are Dell). How do I get rid of this problem?
